Appointments

For all appointments please call us on 02 4918 0200.

This is the KEY feature of your referral to Dr Rao. Dr Rao’s staff are directed to give you the next available appointment, however this frequently does change after Dr Rao has viewed your referral and more often than not your appointment is brought forward with appropriate imaging and investigations organised before see Dr Rao.

What to bring?

When attending your appointment, bring your referral, copies of any imaging and x-rays, your Medicare card, private health insurance details and WorkCover details if applicable. Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment to fill out registration and details, then to save time we can download and print out the registration form. Please fill it out and bring to the consultation.

Consent Form

If you end up proceeding to surgery, you will fill in a consent form which Dr Rao will take you through indicating that you are fully aware of the nature of the procedure and accept the associated risks involved.
